Whole 30 Logging

Instead of making a new post each day during my Whole30-100, I will update this page with the markers I’m watching as well as my overall thoughts & feelings.  I may place measurements here also.

So the markers I’ll be watching regularly are my mood, my energy, what outdoor/green time I get, how my skin is doing and how my sleep and sleep habits are doing.  I’ll also note the food I eat for each meal….mostly because I think I’ll need reminders as I get further into this. I thought about posting pictures of everything that I eat……but I’ve decided against it based on the fact that I can’t guarantee a pretty picture of my food and I’m not into posting ugly food pics, there are enough of those online!

This experiment is a guaranteed Whole 30 from September 8th to October 7th….with the expectation that it will continue 15 days at a time up to the culmination of a Whole100 on December 16th. (the 15 days at a time thing are the “outs”.  For instance, I can willingly and successfully stop at 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90…..but stopping randomly at 39 or 71 is not an option…thereby making my decision to stop an active decision, not a failure resulting of a bad mood or poor choice)

Day 54, October 31, 2014 (Fr)

GREEN TIME:
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS:

OTHER: I tried to reduce my fat for the week and by Thursday afternoon I was starving and crabby.  The only thing I did differently was reduced fat. The beginning of the week went well and I was fine but cutting the fat for four days must be too much….so I ate a huge dinner and then way too many macadamia nuts in the evening.  Am going to try adding extra fat (beyond the cooking oil or coconut milk in sauce/coffee etc) to one meal a day and see how that goes instead.

Day 53, October 30, 2014 (Th)

GREEN TIME: none, grocery night for me
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS:
bed at 9, slept well but woke up a couple times with a very sore back
OTHER: I got “soy’d” last night.  Turns out Montreal Steak Spice that you buy premade has soybean oil as an ingredient.  I am so bloated and my gut is angry and my b’room time is not pretty.  I now know that I have ZERO tolerance to soy products.  Reintro’d by accident but knowledge gained.

FOOD

M1:sautéed in lard; shredded bsprouts, roasted pumpkin slices, chicken thighs, kale, 2 eggs.  Coffee w/ gelatin & coconut.
M2rib eye steak, mashed sweet potato, asparagus, 1/2 avocado (I will get “soy’d” again after lunch because my steak is leftover from yesterday….but I have no emergency food and cannot leave the office.)
M3: loose pork, spinach & sundried tomato meat sautéed w/ leftover roasted veggies, topped with 3 scrambled eggs, mayo.  I was STARVING.

Day 52, October 29, 2014 (We)

GREEN TIME: 30 minute walk w/ man & dog
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8:40, tired! Slept pretty well but woke at 1am with a really sore back (stupid new desk!) and then again at 5 when Gracie got in bed.  Up at 6am.
OTHER: no fat at breakfast again, just cooking fat and 2 whole eggs, only about a quarter avocado for lunch.  Since the WholeWhatever is a personal experiment, I’m now starting to work out what works for MY body.  The template and guidelines are perfect for starting out and they work beautifully…but I think the whole point is to learn yourself.  So onward!

FOOD

Day 51, October 28, 2014 (Tu)


GREEN TIME: none, it was a horrible, cold and monsoon-y afternoon
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 9:15, slept solid until 3am, pee, solid until 6am.
OTHER: had some dry roasted sea salt macadamia nuts in the evening.  I’ve done all 51 days so far with no nuts and didn’t really put a bunch of thought into the macadamia nuts…I’d bought them from Costco “in place” of Halloween candy…good fat, compliant and a little treat.  Ate a reasonable amount of them on Tuesday night, felt bloated and gassy almost right away, major stomach cramps at 3am and woke up Wednesday morning with a nut-baby and a still-upset stomach.  So that’s the end of the nuts, I guess.  I always thought that I didn’t tolerate nuts overly awesome….but I’d never gone as long without them as I just have and the “re-intro” didn’t go well.

ALSO, I cut the fat big time, none of my regular blop of mayo at breakfast, no added fat outside of the coconut milk based curry and only a little over a quarter of an avocado with dinner (plus the roasted veggies were in olive oil and the meat was sautéed in lard) and I felt totally fine.

FOOD

M2: curry meatballs, cauli mash & green beans.  Brought avocado but again, thinking that the coconut milk sauce might be enough.  Will pay attention and see.

OTHER: big storm coming, dinner is mostly premade so if we lose power, I can use the propane stove in the motorhome, no worries!

MOOD: apprehensive, subdued
ENERGY: also subdued, just want to sit in a quiet room alone.  Completely. Alone.
GREEN TIME: 35 minute walk with Gracie

SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: fell asleep snuggling on the couch and Ray tucked me into bed at 8pm.  Slept until 6am.

M1: small amount leftover pot roast, diced onion, roasted bsprouts, roasted bnut squash, chopped green beans, one teeny handful kale, topped w/ two eggs, mayo. Coffee w/ coconut milk

Day 45, October 22, 2014 (We)

MOOD: good, a bit unsettled

GREEN TIME: none, Gracie wasn’t home when I got there and it was pouring so didn’t feel like getting wet just for me.
SKIN: alright
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8:30, awake at 5am and should have just gotten up.  As it was I snoozed for 45 minutes. Felt alright when I got up.
OTHER:

Day 43, October 20, 2014 (Mo)

MOOD: apprehensive, anxious, excited, optimistic
ENERGY: good, decent
GREEN TIME35 minute walk with Gracie through the trails.  We hoofed it good!
SKIN:
pretty good! Used some prescript crème on my legs last night as preventative
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8:30, up at 5:30. Slept pretty well and felt fine on waking.
OTHER: we watched a documentary about the brain and how gluten and sugar can affect your long term brain health.  Ray recorded it.  And now he is All Over thinking about sugar and gluten. So far he hasn’t made any actual changes to what he’s consuming but he’s in the stage of noticing and remembering AS he’s eating the item….next will come making the decision before he starts eating whatever it is.  This is a huge, HUGE step for him.  HUUUUUUGE!

Day 42, October 19, 2014 (Su)

MOOD: good, on the upswing
ENERGY: also on the upswing
GREEN TIME: 2 hours, walk w/ Jay, Andrea, Remy and the dogs
SKIN: improving again
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8:30, slept right through…alarm didn’t go off so actually got more sleep than I was banking on…but to a detrimental effect of the rest of my Monday.
OTHER: felt weird eating “meat and potatoes with gravy” dinner….it’s so different than what I normally make….but am trying to make a meat & potatoes type dinner every Sunday night for Ray, he misses that. Found that I was extremely stiff and achy by bedtime on Sunday night and got to wondering if it was food related.  The ONLY thing I did differently than I normally do was that I had a half a Chapul (cricket) bar on Saturday afternoon and the other half for my pathetic “lunch” on Sunday.  Could that have caused it? Will try again with another one this coming weekend.

Day 41, October 18, 2014 (Sa)

MOOD: blue, sad, grumpy, quiet (mood picked up after mid day nap)
ENERGY: low (energy did not improve all day…had chiro appt though at 9am, could be a bit of recovery fm that)
GREEN TIME: 24 minute walk w/ Ray and Gracie in the afternoon
SKIN: fine
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: Woke up alright in the morning but then very tired a couple hours later. Took a 90 minute nap and the moods improved. Bed at 10, slept straight through to 7am, first good night sleep in about a week
OTHER: crappy mood, felt crappy, really wanted to throw in the towel by mid day and eat sugar and potato chips and go to the pub and have a burger for dinner…..but it’s not time yet.  Today is the Day 10-11 Most Likely Time To Quit if this was a Whole30….maybe that timeline still sort of applies when doing a multiple W30 back to back.

FOOD

M1: sauteed in lard; leftover salmon, half a sweet onion, huge handfuls kale, 1/4 cup sweet potato, coconut milk. Topped w/ mayo. Coffee latte w/ coconut milk
M2: 2 HBE and roasted pumpkin with mayo, about a 1/2 cup leftover bfast above. HBE and mayo for a snack 2 hours later.

Day 40, October 17, 2014 (Fr)

MOOD: okay…mellow….mostly good
ENERGY: still not back to normal but it’s alright
GREEN TIME: none (maybe contributed to my crappy mood the next day?)
SKIN: fine
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: Fell asleep on the couch at 9, slept there until 10:30, then bed until 6:30. Felt fine upon waking up
OTHER: headache was gone by the end of the day, just felt like I’d been hit by a truck.  Poor mood at the end of the day also

SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8:30, awake at least 3 times for b’room and dog invasion. Woke with a headache but not overly exhausted when I got out of bed.

Day 38, October 15, 2014 (We)

MOODI have a horrid headache and cramps. I have no mood.
ENERGY: meh
GREEN TIME: 28 minute walk w/ Gracie
SKIN: face is not awesome. Need to spend more time working on skin care
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8pm due to migraine, awake at 10pm and had to change soaked jammies, awake at 1am because of pain, basically on and off for rest of night.
OTHER: So ya, migraine.  Did a little research on menstrual migraine and all my symptoms and timing are exactly on par…although my 60 year old MALE boss tells me that I don’t know what a migraine really is because if I actually had one I’d be incapable of functioning.  To him I say; I’ve been dealing with this for over 7 years off an on…and if I took 4 days off every month to stay home in bed, I’d be broke or get fired or both. So stuff your opinions right up your non-menstruating ass.  One of the things that is highly recommended as preventative treatment for Menstrual migraines is magnesium supplementation…which is most effective through Epsom salt baths.  I’ll be starting that Thursday night.

Day 37, October 14, 2014 (Tu)

MOOD: good
ENERGY: alright….had a very restful weekend
GREEN TIME: 40 minute off leash walk w/ Gracie
SKIN: not bad
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8pm, headache and had to get up early. Slept crappy.
OTHER: this is a very early day for me so I brought a “mini meal” just in case since I ate breakfast early. Aaaaand…..I received the gift of a hormonal migraine late this afternoon.  Took advil immediately but suffered most of the night and into overnight.  27 days headache free though…..and normally I would have had a horrible one for 4-6 days so I’ll take this as an improvement.  The day was fully compliant but definitely not as good as days past.  But….you do what you can with what you have in the moment.

M3: taco meat over half baked potato topped w/ 2 eggs & avocado. I think this was WAY too much food and contributed to my crappy sleep. All my headache wanted was to eat though…so you do what you have to do.

Day 36, October 13, 2014 (Mo)

MOOD: good
ENERGY: less than yesterday….as in…not much at all.  Felt fine, just not too lively

SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed early (820) as I had to get up at 5am for early work. Didn’t sleep Great…but alright.
OTHER: We ate a lot of pumpkin this weekend…and layed on the couch an appropriate amount.

Day 35, October 12, 2014 (Su)

MOOD: high
ENERGY: medium
GREEN TIME: 30 minute foggy morning walk and 15 minutes of unloading a truckbed of wood
SKIN: great
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 9:30, was falling asleep reading my ipad…slept right through until 8:40am (no fault there…didn’t wake up and go back to sleep, just burned right through).  Could have slept happily until noon.
OTHER: I ate a goodly helping of roasted pumpkin seeds….every time I walked through the kitchen.  It was the first mindless eating I’ve done in 35 days…..not cool…..and made me feel like I’d binged on sugar.  Strange….

FOOD

M1: 3/4 of a 3 egg omelette w pan fries, coffee w/ coconut milk
M2: 2 scotch eggs, mayo and roasted butternut squash
M3:Smoked BBQ pulled pork, roasted bnut squash, steamed brocoli & olive tapenade

Day 34, October 11, 2014 (Sa)

MOOD: happy, content
ENERGY: motivation is a little low but have enough energy to do everything I want to do
GREEN TIME: 3+ hours hauling, cutting, loading 2 pickups with firewood up in the deep bush.  20km out on 4×4 forestry roads….ended up in the epitomy of “green”.
SKIN: getting a bit itchy/spotty.  Hormone related, perhaps?
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 10, up at 6am, felt rested
OTHER: had some bites of hard, creamed coconut (only ingredient is coconut) and one of my “emergency” bars when we were out in the woods…and the sweetness from both…plus the strawberries and pineapple?….(although they are both UNsweetened) roused my sugar/cravings dragon.  Will be more careful in the future….not eating extra sweet things in Pre Alien week, perhaps?

FOOD

Food was somewhat messed up today…bad timing, poor planning, unexpected adventure.  All compliant but ended up having dinner at 8pm and before that, 5 eggs, 3oz pork and a can of sardines made up the nutrition for the rest of the day.

M1A: can of sardines mixed w/ a bit of mayo, coffee w/ coconut milk
M1B:
2 HBE w/ guacamole, a thumb mayo and half a long english cuke, coffee #2 w/ coconut milk
M2A: most disgusting salad ever.  Ate about 3 bites and called it off.  Almost positive the balsamic had sugar in it even though they said it didn’t and the olives on the salad were horrid and ruined the whole thing.  Had 2 HBE (rubbery and old) with it and about 3 strawberries and 4 pcs pineapple. Awful lunch.
M2B: scotch egg, “emergency bar” (ingredients: banana, coconut, pineapple, mango), 2″ cube creamed coconut.  This was eaten in the bush…not a lot of options there.
M3: little less than half a baked potato topped w/ sauteed cabbage, green beans, onion and palm ground beef simmered in 1/2 cup coconut milk, curry powder and a bit of arrowroot to thicken it up.  VERY delicious and will be a repeater

Day 33, October 10, 2014 (Fr)

MOOD: quick temper but fades fast and overall feel alright 
ENERGY: good, maybe a teeny bit lower than earlier this week but that’s fine
GREEN TIME: 35 minute rainy off leash walk…Freedom Friday!
SKIN: Just fine!
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 10pm and up at 6:30. Felt fine when I woke/got up, too.
OTHER: temper and low energy is due to impending period so I’m not worried about it, all the good stuff will come back in time. Very nice evening on Friday, came home early, walked the dog off leash in a completely deserted, rainy park, came home and had a hot bath and then made myself dinner.  Craved my fuzzy slippers and control of the remote control instead of any kind of “treat” food.

MOOD: hella crabby when I woke up this morning…better when I got dressed and think I look really nice and even better when I found out I do NOT have to go out of town for 10 days!
ENERGY: a little slower than normal…I can tell that my period is coming, I want sleep and couch time.
GREEN TIME: none…Kyle took Gracie before I even got home and I was feeling low energy and my stomach was a bit upset. I don’t feel bad about this one little bit!
SKIN: about as good as it gets.
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: went to bed late, around 9:45…slept kind of crappy, up a couple times in the night. Pretty tired when I woke up.
OTHER: It’s about 3 days before my period and I’ve been trying to eat more starchy carbs and drink a boatload of water in an effort to head off a hormonal migraine and the worst of the hormonal symptoms.  I can’t decide if the starchy carbs might be making me a bit lower energy or if I’m just more aware of my body and that it’s asking for a bit more rest in this pre-week.  I’m working hard at keeping the “carbs will make you fat” comments out of it and eating them because I know in about 7 days I can back them off to what feels good the rest of the month and no harm will be done…in fact, the opposite of harm…because I’m actually self-caring for myself.

OTHER: ruined a pot of bone broth in the final day so was PISSED when I left for my walk.  Came through a very secluded trail and happened upon three….well…..hoodlums.  Men in their early twenties drinking beer and smoking…in the middle of nowhere.  Grrrreat.  I was rather concerned at first thinking that I was all alone and basically really vulnerable…until they caught site of Gracie and all three of them were sitting on the ground petting her and talking baby-talk to her within about 30 seconds.  Just goes to show, appearances can be deciving.  I happened to be wearing a Harley tshirt and one of them asked if I rode my own bike.  After agreeing that yes I did, one of the others said “OK, so you’re good looking, you have a nice dog AND you ride your own bike? You’re like….the perfect woman!”.  LOL, totally made my day!

OTHER: felt kind of icky yesterday evening, slept like the dead all night and overstayed my sleep schedule by 2 hours, made breakfast and felt super nauseated but thought it was due to an “incident” with the mayo-making this morning.  Rode Harley’s for about 3 hours, came home and started doing pre-cook….and the nausea hit with serious force.  The smell of the food that was cooking completely turned my stomach inside out…if you know what I mean.  Feel MUCH better after dinner but still sweaty and a bit frail-stomached.

M1: pork burger re-fried with half a yam, fistful of green beans and two eggs…and the fuzznnaise….you probably don’t want to know…but in the interest of complete transparancy….Gracie de-stuffed one of her toys and flung the stuffing everywhere….a piece of which happened to make its way into a mason jar that I then used to make mayo….but I didn’t notice…until it was done and I was eating it and had to pull a wad of mayo-coated fuzz out of my mouth.  GAG. It’s no wonder I was queasy all day….but turns out there was something else going on there too…..anyway, I obv ended up not eating my whole breakfast.
M2: teeny apple that I picked while on my walk in the morning. Very unusual for me, but I was not feeling well at all.

SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: once again, slept right to alarm going off…second day in a row, normally I wake up before my alarm.  Will chalk up to a bit of a rough week emotionally as well as my period.
OTHER: proud of myself…because quitting/giving in has not even occurred to me…even with some personal nonsense going on.  Also have not had a craving since the gingerbread-dog-head incident!  And finally, this is the last day for my “panic-apple”…ie, the apple that I eat at lunch every day because the thought of being hungry with no food around made me panic a little.  I have been eating the apple with lunch but find that I am so stuffed and I don’t think I need it.

DAY #: 9, September 16, 2014 (Tu)

MOOD: dreadful, emotional, sad
ENERGY: not bad, considering my headache and my mood
GREEN TIME: 40 minutes, 4km slow walk through the trails
SKIN: hasn’t changed
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: as mentioned below, 1 hour mid day nap and then bed at 9pm.  Slept well…woke a few times but never for more than a minute.  Woke up feeling not too bad, energy-wise
OTHER: went home at 1:30 on Tuesday….wicked headache and so emotional that I couldn’t stop crying.  I know exactly what my upset was all about and there’s nothing that can be done to change it….so I progressed from upset about that thing to upset about every little thing that I have ever been upset about.  Ever.  Cried into Gracie’s fur when I got home, cried all the way through 40 minutes and 4km of trail walk and then eventually passed out on the sofa.  Woke up feeling MUCH better. And slept solid that night….which to me means that my 1 hour nap was something my body needed and not just me caving in to being lazy.

***found it interesting in the morning, that as shitty as I was feeling, getting properly balanced, nutritious food into my body felt like the best possible thing I could do to try and make myself feel better. Same with the night before when the headache/migraine was raging…getting some bone broth into myself seemed like a proper thing to do.

OTHER: most wicked headache I have had in years.  YEARS.  I would even venture to say migraine based on light sensitivity and nausea.  Feels like someone is trying to jackhammer through my skull and give me hot pokers in the eyes at the same time.

SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: went to bed at 9, lights out at 10, up at 6:20.  Terrible broken sleep though….up at 2am, Ray couldn’t sleep so he headed for the couch (I think?) and then dreamt on and off about the pending grandbaby.  Awful night of sleep.
OTHER: after breakfast this morning I felt really off…like my head was all buzzy, my arms were shaky and like I just wanted to lay down.  No clue why.  Had some water and did some errands….felt better eventually

Was feeling kind of bummed and bordering on depressed in the evening…just did not feel like myself
ENERGY: decent
GREEN TIME: 25 minutes…very warm out for the dog

MOOD: quiet, kind of want to be left alone, not really crabby, just antisocial
ENERGY: feeling a little drugged from the muscle relaxant on Day 3
GREEN TIME: 28 excruciating, cold-sweat, stomach churning minutes
SKIN: legs are spotty, face is good, wrists/fingers flared up so prescription crème
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8:50, lights out. Slept solid until 2am when the smell of my simmering bone broth woke me up. Went and stirred and adjusted the heat and then back to bed until 3 minutes before alarm. Great sleep, solid….but woke up still very tired. Looking forward to AWAKE!
OTHER: feeling increasingly bloated…but period is due in 3-4 days so I’m not worrying about it tooo much….although I’m not happy. Went for a walk last night, got about 2km from home and my stomach exploded! Well…it would have if I’d been near a potty. Cold sweats, raging gut, nauseated and dragged the poor dog the 2km back home thinking I was going to die or crap myself the entire time. Felt 100% completely fine “after”.

DAY #: 3, September 10, 2014 (We)

MOOD: decent mostly, a bit irritable when presented with negativity and other people’s attitudes
ENERGY: steady….maybe a teeny slump in the afternoon…right around the time my stomach went into revolt. Short lived.
GREEN TIME: 35 minutes, 4km walk w/ Gracie
SKIN: itchy spots, have been using prescription crème, nothing too horrible. Face is even and smooth, minor pink cheeks, legs dry.
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8:30, lights out at 8:50. Slept solid through until alarm. Venture to say it doesn’t count though because I took a muscle relaxant before bed which basically drugged me.
OTHER: very thirsty in the morning, couldn’t get enough cold water. Also noticing that my joints all ache MORE than they normally do…which is disconcerting because although I’m not “tracking” it, general body pain is something I hope W30 reduces. But today & yesterday…fingers, knees, toes, all stiff and sore and had to take a muscle relaxant last night because my neck injury was tweaking and that terrifies me to the depths of my soul!

DAY #: 2, September 9, 2014 (Tu)

MOOD: moderate, neutral
ENERGY: decent
GREEN TIME: 35 minutes, 4km trail walk w/ Gracie
SKIN: cheeks are feeling quite a bit softer…instead of like their normal sandpaper texture.  Not sure if that’s down to W30 or because I’ve been pounding the bone broth.
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: bed at 8:40, read until 9pm lights out.  Fell asleep well woke up with a fright (bad dream about bugs in my hair….normally “spider nightmares” are attributed to late day sugar consumption but I have had NONE).  Wiiiiiide awake at 11pm when Ray came to bed.  Put it down to the oolong tea I had at 3pm. Was awake for less than 30 minutes and then sound asleep until pee break at 4am….slept on and off until 6.  Not the best by far.
OTHER: Upset stomach first thing when I got up this morning but felt fine by the time I got to work.  Dull headache that eased by the late morning. My meals seem to be properly balanced so that I am easily getting from breakfast to lunch and lunch to dinner.  Although to be fair I drink bone broth between some meals.  Does that count? I’m going to say it’s fine. Minor craving after dinner last night that was purely psychological.

DAY #: 1; September 8, 2014 (Mo)

MOOD:
moderate…first day back to work after holidays and the first day of Whole30…not as bad as it could have been
ENERGY: average, day seemed to drag but I wasn’t dragging by the end
GREEN TIME: 40 minutes, 4km trail walk w/ Gracie
SKIN: face smooth but a bit red, various eczema patches, used prescription cream before bed
SLEEP/SLEEP HABITS: in bed at 8:20, read until 9 – lights out.  Up twice to pee, weird dreams.  Woke up at 4:45 and then 3 minutes before alarm.
OTHER (digestive, headache etc): wicked headache started at about 2pm and continued on through the night until I finally gave in at midnight and took an Advil.

DAY #: 0; September 7, 2014

I thought it would be a good idea to make note of my starting markers.

MOOD: Cranky! Of course having to go back to work after 9 days of blissful freedom and wanton eating is never a happy day.  All I could see in the morning was the things I didn’t get done and it was disheartening.  But then I reflected on the fact that, with the new energy and zest that I am expecting from W30-100, every day is an opportunity for enjoyment and productivity.  I’m sticking with that!
ENERGY: Meh……enough energy to get a couple hours of precooking done and walk to the market and back.
GREEN TIME: Walk to the market.  Not enough.
SKIN: Face red, couple bumps; hands itchy, legs not bad.
SLEEP: Slept kind of crappy, woke often, especially between 4am and 6am.
STARTING MEASUREMENTS: I don’t own a scale so no starting weight, just tape measurements

    • I didn’t have any sort of concrete goal it was just a feeling I had….and as I did it I found that I was getting hungry at proper intervals again. I have a serious, SERIOUS weakness for homemade mayo and although we say on the forum that you probably can’t overeat fat, I don’t fully agree with that. I could eat an entire batch of homemade mayo in three days, so…………
