Oh, The Food!

As the end of January approaches and I’m starting to tally up my goals, I thought it would be fun to see what we ate this month, here are some of the highlights!

    • So easy too! Melt coconut oil in a small pan, toss in shredded coconut and let it absorb all the oil and toast up a bit. Toss sliced bananas in. The sticky bananas automatically coat themselves in the damp coconut and then you just fry until they look an appropriate amount of doneness! Takes less than 5 minutes.
